Exotic Stores accept the following credit cards: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay International via Paypal payment platform. No PayPal account needed.
2. Sales Tax & DutiesExotic Stores is a registered company in Hong Kong
A note for International Orders:
- A small percentage of our international orders may be subjected to duties taxes.
- Exotic Stores, based in Hong Kong, is not responsible for any taxes collected, for the balance of international trade
- The shipping charges covers only the door-to-door delivery service
- Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
3. International OrdersAt this time, we ship to worldwide. The shipping rate and handling will be various depending on the weight of the product(s). Please refer to below shipping terms.
4. ShippingPlease refer to the following information carefully regarding the delivery of your order(s).
4.1 There are two shipping methods:
USA, CA, UK, AU&NZ, Europe & Asia: 10 - 20 Days
South America & Rest of the World: 15 - 30 Days
(The delivery time above is only an estimation and is subject to change. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If you have not received your goods within 40 days we will compensate you accordingly.)
4.2 Free ShippingIf your total order value is above $200 with all items shipping to the same address, we will waiver any shipping charges by Standard Int'l Registered Airmail.
4.3 If you haven't received your item(s) on time or have any query, please contact us by email. We will do our best to reply within 24hrs.
4.4 We ship to the address stated by your PayPal account only. Please make sure your address on file is updated and correct. If you have a special address request, please specify in the note of your purchase, or email us. Make sure you receive a confirmation letter from us, if not, resend your request.
5. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. Items must be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus insurance and shipping. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment unless another method is requested.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
5.1 You should request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
5.2 Please enclose your original shipping document and return it in the original/your own packaging. If you don't have your shipping document, please printout your name, address, phone number and order/item number, and enclose it with your returned product. For "Exchanges" or "Replacements," please contact us by email. You'll receive our reply within 24hrs.
5.3 If the item is returned to us without fault, the buyer will pay the shipping and handling fees again (except if we print a wrong shipping label).
